Metering
CyberNational and Water Systems have teamed the most formidable array of human capabilities and technical products available, all dedicated to the single purpose of eliminating over 90% of the water utility burden in your multi-family or commercial properties.  Our team seamlessly “turnkeys” the installation of all hardware and communications equipment necessary to accurately meter and bill each of your tenants for all the water they actually consume each month.  In addition, our system can detect and pinpoint, with near 100% accuracy, a single leaking toilet or dripping faucet out of a thousand units and notify your manager the next morning. Or, it can detect a catastrophic break and notify your manager immediately. We send your tenants a detailed bill for their actual consumption plus a small service charge, which we keep. The balance is forwarded to you, once a month, every month, on time, every time!
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT TO YOU
You have long suspected and we can prove that your tenants are wasting countless thousands of gallons of water each month through ignored appliance leaks and behavior patterns that are, on average, grossly wasteful, often vindictive, increasingly fraudulent and sometimes just outright bizarre!   The only way to control these costs is to accurately measure them at their point of use and transfer them to where they rightfully belong - the consumer.

Our recent technology innovations have so remarkably reduced the cost of equipment, that labor, by far, is now the key factor.  Our representative will have to inspect the property to give you an exact price.  However, the average return of original investment has been approximately eight months, with some scenarios ranging from six to 14 months.

Customers for our technical products and services include NASA, the U.S. Navy, USMC, Standex International, over twenty-five federal and state law enforcement jurisdictions around the U.S., and many others.  Our principal focus now centers on the design and manufacture of advanced-technology wireless control systems for WSI’s multi-tenant submetering market, while continuing wireless sales to the hospital food service industry.

 Water Systems, Inc.  (WSI), founded in 1992, has since become the premier American provider of submetering installation and utility billing services throughout the U.S., with over 35,000 accounts billed each month.  The CEO and executive V.P. are both Certified Property Management professionals with nearly 50 years of collective experience in the trenches.  The V.P. of Information Technology and his support staff have extensive backgrounds in accounting management and software design for property management and utility billing applications. The billing department is seasoned, reasoned, competent, courteous, and multi-lingual.
NUTS/BOLTS
The process is kicked into gear by allowing the CyberNational-WSI team to quickly evaluate your property (no charge) and determine the hardware and labor costs to install metering equipment for each apartment or condominium.  We will also determine the pay back period based on your existing water bills, as well as the increase in property value due to the increase in revenue. If you agree with our assessment, we proceed as follows:  

  • Installation of a highly accurate electronic meter at the inlet of each unit.
  • Transmission of consumption data via secure radio data link using the latest high frequency, spread-spectrum technology.  Data is received at a common collection point on the property and relayed hourly via phone line or internet connection to Water System’s processing and billing center, automatically. You will receive an exception report via fax every morning detailing every apartment with an identified leak or unusual usage pattern.
  • Once a month, your tenants receive an accurate, detailed bill.  Their bill is based on their indisputable consumption charged at the actual cost of water plus a small service fee.  The collected revenue less the service fee is sent directly to you, the owner.
  • The unique WSI-2000 software will generate a host of management reports and diagnostic tools revealing information about your property that will amaze you. Your biggest difficulty will likely be your ability to believe what these scientific tools are actually telling you.
